London Contemporary Dance School encourages applications from talented students regardless of their financial circumstances. For this reason we created the Fund for Excellence, which distributes grants to students in need of additional financial support.
The Fund for Excellence has really helped me to concentrate on my studies. Without it I would have had to work on top of the incredibly demanding hours of the degree. Because of the fund I am able to focus on making the most of my time here without having to worry so much about the pennies. Vicki Busfield BA (Hons).
Support the Dance Stars of Tomorrow
We are reliant upon generous contributions from our alumni and other individuals to support the Fund for Excellence. There are a number of ways you can support the Fund. The most efficient is through a regular gift, which allows The Place’s Development Department to plan the support it can provide to the Fund. You can make a regular or a one-off gift by completing a Fund for Excellence donation form.
All of your gift will be used to support students. If you are a UK taxpayer then you can Gift Aid your donation to us. Gift Aid allows us to reclaim an extra 28p from the Inland Revenue in tax for every £1 you donate, at no additional cost to you. Do also consider other means of tax efficient giving. All gifts also qualify for HEFCE matched funding through the Conservatoire for Dance & Drama.
