Contemporary dance is an exciting physical art form which gives young people the chance to express themselves in movement and build their fitness in a sociable and fun environment.
The programme includes dance classes after school or at the weekend, as well as the option to join one of our youth dance companies. For young people thinking about a career in dance, we provide clear progression through our pre-vocational training schemes.
